C++ Refine prob

Question

Hello, i wolud like change the prob from "Forging manual" vnum = 70039 and "Scroll of the dragon" vnum = 71032

because the prob is ingame 100%

i know this is change in the char_item.cpp but i dont know how?

 

i hope any one can help me

Check and edit here: (char_item.cpp)

yeah. the prob is every 100%. in the cpp is 60%

ingame is the prob 100
